If I’m available, we’ll connect right away. If I’m currently working with another client, I’ll queue your project and reach out to confirm the timeline. I typically reserve up to six months for active clients. Small custom websites take about a month, while eCommerce projects require at least two months.
No problem! I can whip up a basic logo to get us started with your website. If you’re looking for a truly custom logo with brand strategy, you can subscribe to the Pro membership for one month.
SEO in 2024 can be tricky! What worked yesterday might not work tomorrow due to ever-changing algorithms. The only surefire way to guarantee rankings on Google is by paying for keywords in your market. I take a different approach to Local SEO by building an Authority Network for your business. This involves updating your website content, managing your Google Business Profile, creating a content plan for social media and blogging, and generating backlinks. Done right, this helps you establish a strong digital presence that positions you as an authority in your field.
It’s also a good idea to set aside a small monthly budget for premium keywords or AdSense to support our SEO efforts.
Great question! A full-time senior designer can cost over $100,000 a year, plus benefits—and finding one can be a challenge. Additionally, you might not always have enough work to keep them busy, which means you’d be paying for downtime. With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as needed, so you only pay for design work when you need it.
Once you’re subscribed, you can submit as many design requests as you like, and I’ll deliver them one at a time.
For typical requests, you can expect delivery within 48 hours. This might include a brand concept, a landing page, or a set of social media templates. For larger requests, I’ll provide deliverables weekly until everything is completed.
For bigger projects like full-scale websites or mobile app designs, we break them down into manageable tasks using our shared TasksBoard. You can expect to receive regular updates each week until the project is complete.
Once you subscribe, I’ll invite you to join the TasksBoard app, which syncs with Google Tasks for easy request submissions. We also have a Discord server for communication and collaboration.
I share deliverables through a shared Dropbox folder, which is also handy for collaborating on photos or documents.
Most of my designs are created in Figma, and for more technical graphic work, I use the Affinity Creative Suite.
I use WordPress, which powers about 43% of all websites on the internet, as a reliable CRM. For front-end development, I use Elementor, along with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for other elements.
Yes, there are a few areas I don’t cover, including 3D modeling, animated graphics (like GIFs), complex packaging, extensive print design (such as magazines and books), and SaaS mobile apps.
I understand you might not always have enough design work to fill a whole month. If you only have a couple of requests, you can pause your subscription. Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For example, if you use the service for 21 days and then decide to pause, your billing cycle will be on hold, and you’ll have 10 days of service left to use whenever you like in the future.
